Here is the 20" Kaga-Densi KZ-20EN Monitor which works great for rotating. The design in rotating the monitor is pretty simple and straight forward (but hey, it works for me :) ) I'm only using one wheel for the monitor to rotate on (at the bottom), the rest of the timber rests on neoprene low friction coasters.(eight in total) I have attached a nylon cord to the two tops of the monitor (horizontal and verticle) which lead down through two pulley's on either side of the cabinet. This cord hangs down so it can be reached from behind the coin door and pulled to rotate to the desired positons. The cord is about 2m in length, the hooks placed in positons around the edge of the plywood keep the cord from contacting the sides of the monitor when rotating.
The grey tinted double glazed front glass with the edge spray painted with black paint.
