Here are my app, dat and cfg files that work on my current cabinet with the hardware and software that I use, it may be of help to you, just change the lines that suit your needs. I have also included sound blaster 16 dos drivers and setup.

MENU.BAT Simple menu batch file so you can choose ArcadeOS, JukeBox or Windows from bootup by pressing either start 1, start 2 or Coin 1.
Dos Shutdown Dos shutdown batch and application files to shutdown the computer by running the .bat file.
